Dynamic Menu System

Drumbeat features a dynamic menu system to 3 levels which can be easily added/edited/deleted as required by using the Administrator console. All levels of navigation/page management can be edited by you at any time and you can add as many pages as required.

Determining your Navigation

Your Main Navigation should be kept consistent and focus on the important areas of your business. If your top levels are chosen well then all your sub pages should fall easily out of these menu headings.

Administrator Console

We have worked hard on keeping the Drumbeat Administrator easy and informative to use as possible.

At a glance you can view a complete list of all the pages within your website with one click options to sort, publish, unpublish, edit or delete your pages.

WYSIWYG Content Editor

Drumbeat WYSIWYG Content Editor allows you to manage your content without needing any previous coding skills. If you can use Microsoft Word and a web browser you can use the WYSIWYG content editor.

Using simple instructions, you can easily adding in images, links, tables and formatting to enhance the look of your page.

Publish/Unpublish - Sortby Pages

With once easy click the Drumbeat Administrator allows you quickly & easily unpublish or publish your pages or sort them in the order of your choice.

Search Site and History

The Search Site & History features are standard in all Drumbeat Packages.

The Search History allows you to view a list of all the keywords which were entered into the search function in your website. These can be managed through the Administrator and provides a useful source of information in determining what your vistiors are looking for in your site.

Page Hits

Each time a menu link is clicked or a page ID is requested on your website the systems page hit counter is updated by 1.

The information recorded can then give you an indication on what pages people are viewing on your website.

Note: The page hits counter is a basic statistical feature only and we recommend you view your hosting account statistics for detailed information.

Managing Documents

Drumbeat has a built in Document File Manager where you can upload and manage all your loose files and add then individually through out your site.

Managing Images

Drumbeat has a built in Image Manager where you can upload and manage all your loose images and add then individually through out your site.

Site Information

This area allows you to enter your sites Meta keywords & description for search engine listings and also your site contact details, which are usually displayed in the footer area of your website.

Dynamic Quicklinks & Footer Navigation

Allows you to add quick links on your home page and page links in the footer of your website.

Dynamic Site Map

The site map lists a complete list of every page located on your website, this helps search bots and visitors to easily find pages on your site.

The site map is a great alternative text navigation tool.

Dynamic Breadcrumbing Navigation

Displays a trail of where the user is navigation in your site. E.G.

Home > About Us > Contact

Contact Us Form

Displays a pre-configured web form where users can fill in their details, enquiries etc. and submit them to your nominated email address.
